Join us for tranquil art making!

This event will happen in person at Pelham Parkway-Van Nest Branch. Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop at The New York Public Library with this creative activity! We will paint pieces inspired by the hip hop artists as well as discussing the history of the genre and impact of Hip Hop greats such as Biggie Smalls, Tupac Shakur, Big Pun, Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliot, LL Cool J, Wu Tang Clan and so much more! You will learn more about hip hop and will relax your mind.

All materials will be provided. Just bring your creative ideas!
